My name is Lindsey and I am the creator of Silver and Slag.  Throughout my life I have had a love and intrigue for nature in every sense of the word.   I completed my Bachelor's Degree in Biology but still craved more adventure.

 

With Silver and Slag I have approached geology with an artistic edge.  I taught myself lapidary, how to silversmith, and rock hound California.  

 

I find all of my stones myself around California, cut them, hand polish them, and silver smith them with .925 sterling silver into truly one of a kind, nature inspired,  wearable artwork.
