I found this amazing piece of petrified wood in the El Paso Mountain Wilderness in Southern California.  Petrified wood is so intriguing to me; how something that died so long ago could become something entirely different and incredibly beautiful over time.  I created this necklace as a statement piece to show off it's beauty and uniqueness.
