California has so many gorgeous native oak trees.  One of my favorites is the Coast Live Oak with its long, pointy acorns.  
 
I created this sterling silver Coast Live Oak acorn replica statement necklace as a reminder of how special our native plants are and the need to take care of them to keep them healthy and thriving.
 
I found this gorgeous pink agate while hiking through the unforgiving landscapes of the Mojave Desert in California.  I cut it, hand polished it, and took inspiration from the beautiful Coast Live Oak acorn to hand silversmith it into this one-of-a-kind sterling silver statement necklace.  I hand engraved, shaped, and completely hand created a the acorn cap and stem out of sterling silver to make this incredibly unique. No part of this piece is cast; it is completely handmade (by me) and 100% one-of-a-kind.
