Since as long as I can remember, I have always been completely intrigued by the ocean, all of the plants and animals within it, and how they all work together in incredible symbiotic relationships.  The beautiful coast of California is filled with unique flora and fauna making this particular intertidal zone incredibly special and a vital part of the health of our overall environment.  
 
I created this statement necklace as a reminder of how special our coast is and the need to take care of it to keep it healthy and thriving.
 
I found this gorgeous orange agate on the beach in Malibu, California.  I cut it, hand polished it, and took inspiration from the beautiful California coast to hand silversmith it into this one-of-a-kind sterling silver statement necklace.  I hand carved and completely hand created a large curling wave out of sterling silver to make this incredibly unique. No part of this piece is cast; it is completely handmade (by me) and 100% one-of-a-kind.
