While camping for a few days at Minaret Falls, we woke up to the greatest surprise we could have asked for; a huge cinnamon black bear walking thru our campsite just a foot away from us in our teardrop camper.  Nature is exhilarating.  
 
I made this necklace to reflect one of the many forms of intense beauty we find in California and a reminder to never take it for granted.
 
I found this gorgeous piece of jasper on the central coast of Caifornia, hand polished it, and took inspiration from the beauty of California to hand silver smith it into this gorgeous, one-of-a-kind, sterling silver necklace.  

Pendant measures 40mm (1.5") wide x 20mm (0.75") high
