Since as long as I can remember, I have always been completely intrigued by the ocean, all of the plants and animals within it, and how they all work together in incredible symbiotic relationships.  The beautiful coast of California is filled with unique flora & fauna making this particular intertidal zone incredibly special and a vital part of the health of our overall environment.  
 
I created these statement earrings as a reminder of how special our coast is and the need to take care of it to keep it healthy and thriving.
 
I found this beautiful little agate on the beach in Malibu, California, brought it home, cut it in half, and cabbed it into two matching, yet unique, cabs.  I took inspiration from the beautiful California coast to hand silversmith them into these one-of-a-kind sterling silver statement earrings.  I hand created small starfish and flowing kelp for these super cool statement earrings out of sterling silver to make them incredibly unique. No part of these pieces are cast; they are completely handmade (by me) and 100% one-of-a-kind.
