I created this completely handmade (not cast) sterling silver California Poppy as reminder and representation of the beauty of California, our native plants, and the importance of keeping public lands in public hands.  Every part of this piece is completely handmade by myself; nothing is cast and everything is 100% one of a kind.
 
While walking along the shore of Malibu, California, I found this absolutely gorgeous and rare agate containing perfect marcasite plumes and carnelian bursts.  I took it home, cut it, and cabbed a piece of it into a perfect triangle to adorn the perfect little sterling silver poppy that I created.  
 
This pendant measures 22mm x 26mm and includes a sterling silver rolo chain in your choice of 16", 18", or 20"
