Since as long as I can remember, I have always been completely intrigued by the ocean, all of the plants and animals within it, and how they all work together in incredible symbiotic relationships.  The beautiful coast of California is filled with unique flora and fauna making this particular intertidal zone incredibly special and a vital part of the health of our overall environment.  
 
I created these statement earrings as a reminder of how special our coast is and the need to take care of it to keep it healthy and thriving.
 
I hand created giant kelp out of sterling silver to make these earrings incredibly unique. No part of these are cast; they are completely handmade (by me) and 100% one-of-a-kind.
